For international orders, UPS tracking will only continue to show updates while the package is in the USA. After the package leaves the USA, it will be transferred to the postal service of the customer’s country and *no tracking will be available.* We can offer a replacement or refund if the package is not received within 6 weeks after the package leaves the USA.
Please allow the full 6 weeks before becoming concerned that your package won't arrive.
If it is returned to us, we can reship it for a reshipping fee or treat it as a return and refund you the amount you paid minus shipping and a $5 restocking fee per item.
