If an item is wrong or defective, do not return it!  Submit a ticket with a description of the problem and a picture and we'll make it right. 

If you want to return for any other reason, you have several options:

You can exchange for another item, take a store credit or take a refund.    

Both store credit and refund amounts will not include the shipping amount originally paid to receive the product. There is a $5 restocking fee per item for returns.  This fee is waived if you want a store credit, but will be deducted if you choose a refund.

It may take up to 5 days after we receive the return to check it into our system.  For faster processing of your exchange or store credit please start a ticket and send the tracking number of the return.  If you want a refund, you'll have to wait until the item is received back
